Simple Higher Time Box Indicator

I need a very simple higher time frame indicator.

Features:

- It must draw OC/H/L boxes like example.

- User must have the option from "Inputs window" to see

-- Only Higher TF

-- Next two higher TFs

-- Always show (User selectable) Default TF

(This will only work when you are in a TF where the previus options don't show the default TF, and you are not in that TF of course).

- Be able to select the fill color of the boxes OC/H/L and the boxes lines.

- Must be clean code and deliver it.
