Convert pine script to MQL4 & 5

I need tradingview pine script MACD based indicator converted to MQL4&5 ( please note need conversion in both languages )

indicator is called TDMacd 

its is actually MACD with a specific coloured configuration both for bars and line. 

It is published by chaos trader and I have attached a screen short so you can see indicator on tradingview platform.

I have also attached the source code. Let me know if you can convert this indicator for me .
