I need a news indicator that outputs a value of "1" during a time period around a news event that is relevant to a currency pair. 

The rest of the time, I need the indicator to output a value of "0". This indicator must read the news from a specific website.

The inputs for the indicator must be:


- URL for the news site

- currency pair of choice

- minutes before a low impact news event occurs

- minutes after a low impact news event occurs

- minutes before a medium impact news event occurs

- minutes after a medium impact news event occurs

- minutes before a high impact news event occurs

- minutes after a high impact news event occurs
