Indicator alerts based on rubber band strategy

Hi, so im looking for a indicator who send alerts when a particular setup occur by mail, message, alert on screen ... just as i wish like a regular indicator.

Now how it works ? 

The indicator is based on the rubber band strategy.

SELL ALERT
When the price is above the 50 SMA on the current time frame and the 50 SMA is flat or angled down , you sell when the price is at what you believe to be resistance , or a candle pattern.

BUY ALERT
When the price is below the 50 SMA on the current time frame chart and the 50 SMA is flat or angled upward , you buy when the price is at what you believe to be support, or a candle pattern.

I want this indicator to scan every currency of my broker on every time frame i want at the same time for exemple DAILY and H4.

The issue is that the indicator will give me stupid signals everytime the moving average is touch , so this indicator need to be based on the average true range for exemple when there is a brakeout of 2 time the average true range the indicator give a signal.

Below some exemples where the indicator is supposed to give signals the difficulty i think is that the indicator should give signals when the trend is flat to.

So in this indicator settings i need to able to choose the alerts i want Mail, phone, alert on screen ....

and also the multiplication of the ATR.

The timeframes i want for exemple H4 and daily .
