Combine 2 HMA indicators with alerts and arrows on price chart

I would like to combine 2 HMA indicators. Default settings 5 period and 3 period. When both are up I would like an arrow on the price chart under the low of the candle. I would like a message to appear 'up above 105.753' (the candle's low). When both are down I would like an arrow above the candle''s high. I would like a message to appear 'down below 105.753' (the candle's high). I would like an audible alert each time the HMAs are the same. I would like an arrow on EVERY candle that the HMAs are the same. The alerts must appear on the current candle. NOT on the candle's close. I would like to be able to change the placement of the arrows. I would like to be able to turn the alerts on or off.
