Tarea técnica

I have 3 different arrow indicators. I would like to create an EA that send alert when the following is met:

1. All 3 different arrows are either UP or DOWN together on one timeframe (timeframe can be chosen)

2. All 3 different arrows are the same direction as (1) on another timeframe (timeframe can be chosen)

3. 1 of the arrows are in the same direction as (1) on another timeframe (timeframe can be chosen)- this variable can be switched on or off

4. 1 of the arrows are in the same direction as (1) on another timeframe (timeframe can be chosen) - this variable can be switched on or off


Note:
- Order of the arrows in one direction does not matter. (e.g. arrow types are A, B, C. Combo can be ABC, ACB, CBA, BCA, etc.)

- I would like an option for email and sms alert 

- Alert message should say:

(CURRENCY, DIRECTION, TIMEFRAMES ARROW IS ALIGNED WITH)
