Tarea técnica

Looking to have a function called comment_box() that if(true) --will

1. remove my Comments() from my chart and place them a rectangle_label (now called comment_box) and then place the comment_box with all the comments in it , on my chart...

2. The comment_box will be dynamic in size according to how many elements i have in my comments area..

3. The comment_box will also be able to be moved, so i can place the comment_box on any part of the chart i want.

4. Id like to be able to change the background color of the comment_box as well as the text color.

5. If comment_box()=false... The comments then just show back on the chart as normal..
