Tarea técnica

I require a trading bot that trades my strategy during inter-day. Basically I want the bot to trade stock "Y" based on the performance of stock "X".  If Stock X's 5min Heikin Ashi candle crosses down and touches the green Parabolic SAR dot resulting in a red Parabolic SAR dot to appear above its next Heikin Ashi candle then I want the bot to automatically buy stock Y.  If Stock X's 5min Heikin Ashi candle crosses up and touches the red parabolic SAR dot resulting in a green Parabolic SAR dot to appear below its next Heikin Ashi candle then I want the bot to automatically buy stock X.  When it comes to selling I want to do that manually.  Also when the bot buys it should automatically calculate the amount shares based on max margin power available. 

I need this bot to be compatible with Interactive Broker's TWS.
