Tarea técnica

I am looking for someone that would help coding a trend following robot.

User must be able to trade any time frame, and be able to select other time frames to establish trend.

Example.

15min timeframe is open, the EA then checks the indicator on 30min, 1hour, 4hour and 1Day, 1Week, 1Month (Depending on which is selected). If all selected time frames are pointing for instance up, then the 15min trade will only go long, all short positions that the indicator identifies will be ignored. The EA must have typical money management features (Trailing stop, break even, SL, TP etc).
