Tarea técnica

The project has two parts:
 
(1) Change an existing indicator (mq4 file provided) so that it does not repaint by having it check only after a bar closes.
(2) Using the indicator code, create a new scanning indicator that applies the indicator conditions to a comma-separated symbol list, such as "EURUSD,USDJPY,GBPUSD". The indicator should allow up to 20 symbols in the list. The scanning indicator will have a dashboard with a line for each symbol showing the signal status, age of the signal, and providing a command button to open the associated chart and apply a template that includes the indicator. The indicator should provide options to send alerts, email, and push notifications when signals occur.
