Tarea técnica

I have a straightforward indicator that I want to convert to an EA.  I also have tutorial videos on how the indicator works, and where I want the order to be placed, when to close the order, etc.

The indicator finds specific support and resistance levels and marks them on the chart.  Once the price breaks one of these levels, at next bar open the indicator should place an order with the TP at the broken point.  Theoretically the price will go back to the broken point and we will pocket some pips.  

We can start with a fixed stoploss of 30 pips or so and then move to a dynamic stoploss using the H/H or L/L of the last 10 bars or so... looking for some advice on this.

I'm looking for someone who is experienced in creating Expert Advisors, speaks good English, and has a passion for coding and Forex in general.  Thanks and I look forward to working with you!
