Tarea técnica

Hello, I am looking to code an EA based on a simple manual trading strategy that uses a few indicators (Moving Averages, CCI, ADR). The expert will have entry and exit triggers, risk management and notification features, as well as the feature of only notifying and managing manually entered trades made with a magic number. Indicator settings should be adjustable for optimization. Strategy is well articulated as it mirrors its manual origin. Developer must speak, write and understand English to minimize misinterpretations. Source (mq4) code will be required to get the job. I am looking for someone who can deliver within a short time.
