Tarea técnica

I would like a programmer to help me build a trading robot for Metatrder 4 on the PC platform.  I just need this Expert Advisor to  auto-trade GBP/USD on 1min. time interval using 3 different trading indictors simulataneously.  The indictors are: 1. An Mov. Avg. indicator on main window, 2. Bulls Power (Indicator window #1), and 3. Bears Power (indicator window #2)  The desired auto-trades should take place whenever the Bulls or Bears power crosses 0.0, together at that same time inteval, price bar is crossing the moving average on the main window.   Thank you,
