Create a simple expert advisor based on Bollinger Bands and Stochastic! Preferably MT5, but would be nice it works in MT4 as well

Im looking for someone to create an expert advisor that can place a Buy Stop when it meets certain requirements. (Setup points)

1.) The wick extends past the lower bollingerband

2.) The main line on the Stoch goes below the 20 mark

3.) The ask line passes 3.5 pips below that point described in 1 and 2.

----> Triggers a Buy stop at that level described in 1. and 2.

4.) When Buy Stop is placed, it puts a S/L and T/P 10 pips.

Bollinger Bands Parameters >>> Period - 10. Deviations 2.1 Shift 0

Stochastic Oscillator >>> K Period: 5 Slowing: 3 D Period: 3 Pricefield: Low/High MA method: Simple Fixed minimum 0 Fixed Maximum 100

I believe that this should be a simple task for a programmer.

In the picture attached.... when the ask line hits the 1.57031 line it would place the Buy Stop at 1.57066.

As you can see the wick is outside of the BB and Stoch main is below the 20. (Boxed in blue)

P.S. Preferably MT5 compatible for backtesting purposes, but would be nice it works in MT4 as well.
