Tarea técnica

I want to develop an EA, which has following three components:
1) This code will read any entry from table of mysql in my website, and will transmit this information which can be used in my main EA.
2) This code will read the IP address of the Local Network, and check if that IP is in mysql list in my website.
3) The moment a trade is closed in MT5 (and MT4), code will upload the information of that trade into my WebSite MySql database. The information it uploads consists of TICKET, SYMBOL, LOT SIZE, OPEN TIME, CLOSE TIME, OPEN PRICE, CLOSE PRICE, PROFIT, SWAP, COMMISSION, COMMENTS, etc. Over there it will be used to verify that trading has been done as planned
