Tarea técnica

Please make an offer of how much this EA will cost to build, and how long it will take.  I will consider all offers come in before 5pm June 26 US Eastern Time.Thank you.

I need a MT4 EA to operate my strategy automatically.

This EA will use MA to test and determine the trend strength and direction of the market.  Use SAR as the entry point and use ADX as exiting point.  SL and TP will also be a factor.  This EA can be used on all major currency pairs and all time frames.  

All the trade will be showed during and after the back test, so I can exam the EA execution result.  All the trade will send me an email notice. If AutoTrade is false, then I want to either email or alert using sound.

I expect to receive the orignal source code as well, so I can make adjustment if needed.
