Tarea técnica

I want to create an arrow and popup alert for MA High and Low indicator when price closed above the High MA with bullish candlestick or Low MA with bearish candlestick across all time frames.

Indicator must have graphical user interface (mtf panel) to indicate the price have closed above the High MA with bullish candlestick or Low MA with bearish candlestick in every time frame in one chart. When the condition met, popup alert with sound will triggered together with arrow on chart. Popup alert and sound can be turned on/off for every time frame.

The graphic can be like a little square box (mtf panel) with blue arrow up or red arrow down for every time frame at any corner and movable on chart. 

Indicator must have built -in moving averages with all standard mt4 parameters. 

I can turned on/ off any time frame i want in the parameter setting to be appear on the mtf panel in chart.
