Indicator that will send alert and push notification after opposite candle close

Hello, 
I would need an indicator that will be able to send me alert and push notification after opposite color candle close. So, it means:

- imagine for instance 3 same color candles (bull candles, for instance)
- after some time, price start to go in opposite way, and first bear candle start forming
- after that new (bear) candle forms completely, so it means - close itself - I need signal: alert (with popup) or/and push notification

I need to choose in setting which notification I need. So, push notification and popup/sound alert need to be separate in settings, so I can decide which one I will use - or both of them maybe. 

Indicator should work on all types of candlesticks - so it means Renko and Range bars too (I plan to use it mainly on Renko bars).

P.S. Attached I am sending part of the Renko chart, with all such kind of signals, marked. So, indicator should create alert (push or/and sound and popup) after closing all marked candles. 
I believe it's very simple indicator in fact, but I have no any knowledge about MQL programming, so I can't do that by myself.
