Simple London Open Breakout Robot

Dear Developer,

I need a simple range breakout EA. I attached a picture, showing the main idea. (I’m pretty sure you already own one, I just need a couple of extra things in it.)

At a given time (Trading start time) the EA will check the min and max amount at the given time period. Then it places 2 buy stop and 2 sell stop orders at the minimum and maximum price.

Trade #1 & #2: with given TP and SL (1 for sell stop and 1 for buy stop)
Trade #3 & #4: with given SL (same as in Trade #1) and given Trailing stop and step of traling stop. (1 for sell stop and 1 for buy stop)

The variables I need in the EA:

1. Range time
From Hour & Minute (0:00 by default)
To Hour & Minute (08:00 by default)

2. Trading start time (Time when robot places buy & stop order) (08:00 by default)

3. Lot size per order: Given as: LOT / 100 EUR
(E.g.: If Capital is 100 EUR, and given value is 0.01, then the EA will open 4 pending orders with 0.01 LOT.  

For order
4.TP (300 by default)
5. SL (200 by deafult)

6. Offset
Amount added/subracted to/from max/min  in points (See attached picture)

Added graphics (like on pictures) are not needed.
