EA to connect my indicator buffers with close position

i want to make EA to connect my indicator buffers

(TP)with close position buy % or PIP or amount of time

input indicator name the call and bot coming from the single buffer 1 or 0

the inter type for a call or bot coming form indicator buffers and type (immediately or next candle )

the closing position with 3 option I have to chose to form it ( percentage % or time like the number of mints or PIPs )

I need also money management like daily profit, stop-loss time filter to trade 

option for limited trade per pairs 

option per limited trade per all 

option for auto capital lots or a fixed lot here, for example, every pair I will put the amount of capital for this pair  example ( usdeur 5000$ ) audusd 3000$

upcoming event filter (if you can pot this option okay if not you can skip )

martingale type on or off ( if its on so how many steps and how many time )
