Looking for an MA indicator to be made for Meta trader 4 on a daily time frame with the following items.

 On the cross of the 5 MA and 20 MA start of the buy but wait till 5 MA and 20 MA are about 0.400 NZD/JPY apart before the trade is open.(as per red arrows on screen shot 1 )

Close trade when 5 MA and 20 MA cross. (As per screen shot 2) Then wait till the below white line is about 0.400 NZD/JPY to take out a sell trade as per screen shot 2. ( this is the same distance on all currency pairs or close to if possible)

I want to be able to auto trade on some currency pairs and the rest just to get ALERT saying trade can be taken but not to auto trade take out. so if the auto trade can be turn on and off for what pair I like to trade that would be excellent.

Also would it be possible to set trade size alerts up so if i trade at

Trade size 0.5 I get an alert at £10 profit

Trade size 0.10 I get an alert at £20 profit

Trade size 0.25 I get an alert at £50 profit

Trade size 0.50 I get an alert at £100 profit

Trade size 1.0 I get an alert at £200 profit

FOR ALL CURRENCY PAIRS.

when the indicator is built Can i sell the indicator or give it away for free. what is a source code need for.
