Indicator or Script to Export Instruments Data from MT 5 into cvs file.

I will like to use the data for some market research to see overtime when to expect good moves and which days of the week. Time-frame and the instrument is user definable.  I will like to convert exported data to my own time zone which is different from GMT that most broker uses(if this is possible). Data is not limited only to Forex but other instruments. This is a MT 5 project.
