MQL5: EA based on 2 EMA crossover , Money Management based on ATR and pyramiding

Hello,

 These are the rules for the EA:

It has to be coded in MQL5 for Metatrader 5. 

Signal: Position Open Trigger is 2 EMA crossover . Both EMA can be customized but initially they are 20 and 55, applied to close.

Money Management Formula:

 Whenever there's a crossover, there should be a position opened and 3 more orders in the same direction. 

 Lot size for each position and orders are according to the following formula:

 Lot size= (0,01 x Account Balance ) / ( ATR x 100.000 ) 

 Whenever there is another crossover in the other direction, pending orders have to be closed and new orders opened to the other side.

No stop loss, no take profit. 

This strategy is always in the market and it can be applied to any instrument/pair. 

Code has to be clean and understandable so I could modify it if necessary. Specially the Money Management part.
