Proffessional flexible & creative programmer needed to develop,optimise system with tight risk management

After several disappointments with many other programmers, i am seeking the services of a flexible and creative forex programmer who can fit into my requirements. what i have is the risk management framework in which the indicator or e.a or script should adhere to i.e ; a minimum 2 : 1 reward risk on every trade taken / consistent win or accuracy rate of the system of at least 55-60% consistently, system to trade intraday frames whether 4h/1h etc. so i need a creative flexible programmer i can constructively work with to come up with ea/script or indicator choice of their own and work on it/optimise, backtest, to fit in the risk management and trading approach framework i have just mentioned, not those who require and ask me for strategy entry and exit rules. This is a huge task that i need only willing cooperative and able people to do, my budget is very flexible as i need a proper professional job and payment is upon reviewing satisfactory performance
