Read .txt file - and save content to a valid .csv file

Hello,

i need a Expert Advisor that reads a .txt file (see attachment)

then convert the contet so that I have a valid csv file, that I can use with an other program.

One more thing, the first cell is a string with the name of a stock. This have some words, for example here: DEUTSCHE BANK AG NA O.N.

I would like to have only the first two words: DEUTSCHE BANK
