Change a existing EA (or if is better create another)

Hello, i need one panel of trading (i have one, if is better can modify, or if is better create another), and connect with a one software that i developed.

Depends we can agree with a another price for the work. All sets will can send for who accept project.

PS. Probable need a make .dll for connect the software for mt4!
