Script to cancel all other order when 1 order executed

Hello,

On 1 chart, say GU, I put a number of pending order, both Stop and Limit.

When price hit 1 order, I want to cancel all other order on that chart.

Also, I want all pending orders on that chart closed after a number of bar, say 4 bars. Of course, in that 4 bar, no order executed.
