Build an EA from two indicators

Hello,

I want someone to build an EA from the two indicators ScientificScalper and

The EA shall trade on the ScSc indicators signals, green for buy and red for sell in the current timeframe. Additionally I need the trend verification in a higher timeframe consisting of RSI and stochastic (each true and false, either using one of them or both) with timeframe parameter, buy below value X, sell above value Y. So it shall only buy on a green signal, when the RSI and/or Stochastic in the specified timeframe (also working for the current timeframe) are below the specified value.

Secondly I need this indicator to work together with ucnAgimatFX_FIBCH_ROOT indicator. In this case the the EA shall only trade when the ScSc indicators signals appear with a candle below or above the channel. Buy at below, sell at above. Either the candle already is at that point or it moves there.

Parameters here also True/False.

Lastly I need parameters lot size, stop loss, trailing stop, take profit, trading times.All true/false

Also if you can add stealth mode, meaning hidden stop loss and take profit also in trailing stop, the job application will be preferred.
