Tarea técnica

I am currently using News EA but  EA works based on PC time and I need that to be changed to Broker Time and the reading interval should be in millisecond or ticks.

B‌elow are the changes I need in the EA.

A check interval need to be removed and the log should update only once after the news Time- 

I need to make sure reading interval is in milliseconds or in ticks -(i believe it works based on millisecond but not sure)-

E1.If the news Time  is 13:00:00:00 if the reading interval is 50 (millisecond) then EA should check the indicator value and if its true order need to be placed or if its falls should not be placed alsi it need to print the value (even if its falls or true it need to print log only once).

I‌ts already printing log but its not very clear -I need only once the log to be printed as detail as possible.
