Tarea técnica

I need an indicator that pops up an arrow, and sound when following two conditions are met

1) The stochastic goes from overbought and crosses the line of my choosing, downward for a sell and vice versa for a buy

2) The CC‌I goes  from overbought and crosses the line of my choosing, downward for a sell and vice versa for a buy.

For sound and arrow to appear both conditions 1 and 2 must be met.

3) There is a third‌ option, in this option, I should be able to turn it on and off. The third condition should be when two moving averages of my choosing crosses over, in conjunction with condition 1 and 2. When I select this option the arrow and sound  should pop up when condition 1,2,3 are all met. When I turn the selection off an arrow and sound should pop up when only condition 1 and 2 are met.
