Data Transformation

I have downloaded Data with the tool from "Strategy Quant Tick Data Downloader" for the german index DAX (Germany 30 index). Now i want transform it into metatrader 4 csv-files as i can download them at Metatrader4 Menue: Tools-->Historycenter.

I have add a Dataexample (TARGET-->>SOURCE). If bid or ask is not available it can be added in order that it looks like the source. The target value has to be multiplicated by 100. Dont know why they provide such data. And the time has to be shifted by 1 hour.

The source file will be very big (few GB). The transformation can be done with your script at my system. For testing you will have to download own source with the mentioned free Data Download tool.
