Tarea técnica

This job should be simple. I need an indicator that will find zones of retracements by finding the highest and lowest prices of each time period on the monthly timeframe chart. The indicator will draw H lines on these prices and continue to update every new time period. The H lines that are near each other should consolidate and form a box and inside the box will be colored green. When the current price on the market retrace to one of the lines, the indicator will have a EA send an alert to mt4 to let the trader know that price is testing the zone.
