Build Indicator with iCustom

Please build an indicator with my 4 indicators, that are attached below in a .zip file.

In the .zip file there are two versions of my script for better understanding.

The script has clear instructions how to put the 4 indicators together and in which signal order the indicators need to appear.

Because i have .ex4 file, i think you can build my indicator with iCustom function, so only with reference.
