Tarea técnica

Hi,

i need an EA that operates based on set of rules. 1st rule is to look at MA ,

Timeframe :H1

if the price is below MA .... to look for sell only. Then goes to 2nd rule, based on trade session. If MA .... is lock (after H1 candle open)  below the trade session lowest price  e.g asian session. Then it open sell order.  SL and TP is set.

if the price is below MA .... to look for buy only. Then goes to 2nd rule, based on trade session. If MA .... is lock (after H1 candle open)  above the trade session highest price  e.g asian session. Then it open buy order.  SL and TP is set.

i will explain more, upon confirmation on the developer.
