New EA required to buy and sell based on the indicators provided

EA Should able to run on Multiple time frame from M5 to 4 Hour.

Can be used on EURUSD ,  XAUUSD

here is the requirement for the EA

I'll provide all the Indicator and template, Task is to compile the Indicator to a EA and with the Function.

Indicator used

Nonlag (attached)

RSI Chart bars (attached)

Simple MVA (20)

Goldminer indicator (attached)

Template with indication Parameter Settings (attached)

Sell condition

1. Nonlag Indicator shows 2 Red Dot &
Goldminer indicator also shows 2 Red Bars
2. MVA & RSI Chart Price bars cross below - Nonlag Indicator

If all condition met Place Pending sell  Order 2 points below the Previous Lower Low candle with stop loss and Take profit.


Buy condition

1. Nonlag Indicator shows 2 Blue Dot &
Goldminer indicator also shows 2 bule Bars
2. MVA & RSI Chart Price bars cross above the Nonlag Indicator

If all condition met Place Pending Buy Order 2 points above the Previous Higher candle with stop loss and Take profit .


Other Condition 1 :- if first trade doesn't hit Take profit or Stop loss , but a new opposite signal appeared, then close the existing trade , then open a new trade with increase position based on the loss or gain from the previous trade until
the take profit Level has been Hit.
