Percentage change on curreny pair indicator

I am looking for an indicator that can show me the exact percentage change that a specific date range shows in MT4. So for example if I want to see the % change for US OIL for the last 5 hours it will show 2.3% change or -1.4% change .. just an example depending on if the market has gone up or down. 

This % change is standard for most online platforms like IG but I need it for mt4.
