Tarea técnica

I need someone to design me an automated trade code.  I am planning on testing it first on a 15m time frame.  I am new to automated trading but an experienced trader of FX, futures, options on my own, so would like someone who has trading experience and also programming/coding experience to design what I have in mind for this fib code to duplicate my manual trading style.  I have attached a picture to give some what of an idea of what I am looking for.  I want the program/code to automatically place entry, stop, and target orders based on the Fibonacci price levels on the particular time frame.  I want to pay a fair price for a fair job done so I am open to discussion based on complexity.  I can explain this in depth in the future.  Thanks!
