Tarea técnica

I need an EA built based on SMA 21 and price action. When the price closes across this indicator, a trade is placed at the close of the candle. If price action is below the 21 SMA and crossed above it, then the trade is a long position. If price moves below the 21 SMA the trade is short. If price moves in the opposite direction of the current trade, then the trade is closed upon the close of the new candle and a new trade is placed. Time frames requested are 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 4 hr, and daily.

 

I need 4 take profit levels and a Trailing Stop Loss.
