Tarea técnica

I am looking for an indicator similar to the one I attached below. Got the idea from https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/1201 this link on here. I want to be able to draw trend lines off fractals. Look for the latest two fractals off the highs and lows and draw an upper and lower trend line. So an upper trend line will be drawn from the last two fractals consisting of a high and a lower high. A lower trend line will connect a low and a higher low off the the two latest fractals. I want to be able to use it on any time frame. It should be dynamic in nature updating on every bar if a new fractal is formed. Have inputs to use upper or lower trend line or both and input for X number of bars on either side for a fractal.
