Horizontal Line Order = True/False

If this function is enabled and I place a horizontal line onto the chart with the text Buy Market Order or Sell Market Order then the EA need will need open up a Initial Market Order.

If this function is enabled and I place a horizontal line with the text Buy Pending Order or Sell Pending Order then the EA will need to open up an Initial Pending Order.

Buy Pending Order = 

a) Above Price = Buy Stop

b) Below Price = Buy Limit

Sell Pending Order = 

a) Above Price = Sell Limit

b) Below Price = Sell Stop

If I place a horizontal line with the text Range Level the EA should then base the Range Pip Amount at this Price Level.

Once the Pending Order is placed, the EA should remove the Horizontal Lines that Ive placed and replace them with the Horizontal Lines the User enables.

So let says I readjust the Initial Risk from 1% to 2% and the Initial Pending Order placed is for 1%, can the EA be made so that it will remove the Initial Pending Order and replaced with the new Risk?

Can the same be done for the Initial TP and SL and Hedge Risk, TP and SL list and Distance, maybe if more work needs to be done you can include it into the price of the Horizontal Line Order function.
