EA with stop loss and trailing stop

I need a coder to develop me an EA based upon the indicator (Extreme_RSI). The indicator shows an arrow pointing up or down based upon (14)RSI. I want the EA to execute a buy or sell based upon the arrow direction. I don't know if this is a repainting indicator, so it may not work, if not I have another indicator that doesn't repaint. When the EA executes the order, I want a stop loss to be executed along with it of 10 pips. When the trade goes into profit, I want a trailing stop then to take the place of the stop loss automatically. I want to be able to adjust the RSI level, stop loss pips, and trailing stop values. Picture attached is what the indicator looks like on a Daily chart. I want the EA to execute these signals.
