A simple EA that opens and closes a second trade

I need a simple EA that only opens a second trade when I open one. whenever I make a trade and close one the EA is to do the same. it doesn't need to look at the market and trade on its own it only needs to be able to make a second trade.
I would also like it if I could adjust the trade size of this EA to increase it everytime.

I need this EA as 90% of my trades I do manually are on an ipad. it doesn't have a quick way to adjust lot sizes so this EA on my MT4 terminal will assist.

I would like it to work like this:

I open trade at 0.1 lots > EA opens at 0.3 lots
I close trade > EA closes trade

this needs to happen at the same time as I open and close or it will get messy.
