Break Out Trading

I  need an EA that works on price break out theory......with order management system....

1. Trade size can be calculated on  the basis of data given like account size, initial investment, exposure, cmp etc

2. sl & tp will be manually set

3. Need scale in (progressive) trades only  trades....

can we progress on following terms:

1. we will work on royalty sharing basis....

2. license will be with us and u will be shared a part as your development cost n then royalty for 5 years.....

3. during this we may seek technical support and in future same terms can be continued with mutual consent of both the parties

4. I wan to sell it as signal service...so inputs will depend on me....it will not 100% robot but will do rest once i set the prices on the basis of my manual research.....

5. fees will be on basis of per month charges...and you will be shared 15% as royalty other than your development cost
