Add buffers and lines to custom indicator

Ad three buffers called

med

To existing custom indicator .

Define everything in indicator for the existing  existing buffers and new buffers to draw lines and readings 

There are three existing buffers

 double Base[];

double Global[];

 double Total[];

The total buffer is total  of indicator reading  for all buffers (include new buffers)

Indicator reads a maximum of 130     , see if maximum can be increased.

Coder will copy base buffer , three times   and rename each buffer  as lon , sho and med

All calculations will be done similarly to base buffer  by new buffers
