I need an EA

i need an  EA  that can place buy/sell stop orders with sl and tp . for this first i need a window on the chat with 3 functions : buy stop, sell stop and do nothing. for example : when i press buy stop-  the EA places an buy stop order  above the high of the previous candle and SL below the low of the previous bar or below the low of the current bar ( witch one is the lowest ). the EA must move the pending order above the high of the previous bar until the order is opened or deleted. SL must be moved below the low of the previous bar or below the low of the current bar ( witch one is the lowest ) until the order is opend or deleted. The entry lot is calculated :1. as a percentage of the balance ; 2. a fix sum of money to lose. TP must be set as a multiple of SL ( ex : tp = 1.5 sl ). after the order is opened the EA must move the SL below the low of  each closed bar that follow.

when i press sell stop button the EA places a sell stop order below the low of the previous candle and a SL above the high of the previous candle or the current candle ( witch one is the highest ). the sell stop order must be moved below the low of the previous bar until the order is opened or deleted. same for the SL. 

as variables i want the possibility to select the number of pips below/above the previous candle where the order is placed. same with the SL.
