Script, open chart if not exsist

Nedd script that when executed it will close all open charts and open new ones from a predefined list from a textfile.

exsample.

have textflie called .    activePAIRS.txt  with this input

GBPUSD-5
GBPUSD-15
AUDNZD-5
AUDNZD-60 

then it should loop through an open those if not exsist

is it posibel
