Indicator using HMA and Stoc

I need an indicator that will show an entry signal (green line for a buy, red line for a sell or arrows or something else), a horizonal line for stop and target area and a box showing these prices and how many pips until they are reached.

Indicators used - HMA, Stochastic, Zig Zag 

1. Primary entry signal:  When the HMA turns blue (up) buy signal and when it turns red (down) sell signal.

2. Secondary entry signal: 

     Buy signal:  HMA blue (Up) and Stochastic %k line is below 50 and turns up on the close of the candle

     Sell signal:  HMA red (down) and Stochastic %k line is above 50 and turns down on the close of the candle

Also, want to show horizonal stops and target area for each entry signal 

3.  Initial stop loss - for a buy it is below the last zig zag low and for a short above the last zig zag high, a minimum of 2 x ATR from entry price

4.  Inital target - 2 x ATR

5.  Inital stop adjusts to break even when inital target is hit. 

Also need to show a box on the chart the entry price, stop price and target price.  Also, how many pips until the stop or target are hit. 

The indicators need to remain hidden so only the information box and and signals are seen
