Tarea técnica

I need an expert advisor with moving average crossover, the small ma exponential and the larger ma simple.

The parameters to be adjustable- ma, chart and time. Also long, short or both. 

A simple ea that I can adjust and use when I establish the trend.

Also I would like to add other indicators later. 

My main concern is that the trade is triggered immediately when price passes the crossover, without delay such as next bar.

Any advise and quote would be appreciated.
