Tarea técnica

I am looking for a EA programmer on the following requirement :

 

MACD cross over on a adjustable time frame trigger buy/sell and wait for candle to break above previous candle/ moving average 

Allocate lot size

allow partial take profit

pre-define stop loss and take profit level[Fix value of pips] (or leave undefined)

SL able to be auto set based on  lowest candle + x pips

 Number of trader can be created per day  / limited by time/ new position can only be open after close the previous trade(no multiple order).
