Add one moving average filter to mt4 Expert advisor and convert to mt5

Tarea técnica

I need a programmer to add a Moving average filter (Y/N) to and existing mt4 EA with about 700 lines. The EA must then be converted to mt5. Both mt4 and mt5 source codes must be submitted upon completion. Please note that no include files are to be used and no Ai to be used as I have permitted that before with unsatisfactory results. I am basically looking for a programmer who still does the work manually. I you can agree then I kindly ask for you to let me know.
